Darjeeling Tea 大吉嶺紅茶

One sip and you'll understand why Darjeeling is known as one of the finest teas you can drink. Below the snow-capped Himalayas lie the fertile foothills of Darjeeling, covered in miles of wonderful tea gardens which produce a tea that is distinctive yet delicate in flavour. Don't wait until you have guests round-enjoy this luxurious tea every day.

 

Use 1 tea bag per cup and add 200ml boiling water .

 

 

Brew for  3 or 4 minutes .

 

Whisk Darjeeling

 

Ingredients

● 1 teabag of Twinings Darjeeling 

● Whisky 200cc

● Cube sugar 1 pc

● Lemon 1 slice

● Ice

● Wine pickled cherry 1 pc

● Prucia 1/2 oz

● Soda 1/2 oz

● Chocolate essence oil 1 drop

● Grapefruit peels for garnishing

 

Method

1.Brew a Twinings Dajeeling teabag in 200cc of whisky for 1 day. Pour out 1.5oz for use

2.Crush the cube sugar in a whisky glass. Put up a slice of lemon, a rock of ice and the cherry.

3.Add 1/2 oz of Prucia to the content and stir well. Add 0.5oz of Soda and a drop of Chocolate essence oil. Garnish with grapefruit peels



 

 

The Scent of Twinings

 

Ingredients

● 2 teabags of Twinings Darjeeling

● Fresh sweet orange leaves 6 pcs

● Dried (or fresh) orange slices  2 pcs

 

Method

1.Brew all ingredients with 120cc of hot water for 5 mins.



 

 

The Wild Trail

 

Ingredients

● Twinings Darjeeling tea 60ml

● Sandalwood syrup 20ml

● Orange juice 30ml

● Dried Osmanthus (Sweet Olive)

 

Garnish

● Sandalwood threads

● Orange peel

● Ruta

● Dried Osmanthus (Sweet Olive)

 

Method

1.Brew 2 teabags of Twinings Dajeeling tea in 150ml of hot water for 3 minutes.

2.Leave to coll and pour out 60ml for use

3.Prepare sandalwood syrup by heating 5g of sandalwood threads in 100ml of water. Add 100g of sugar after turning off the cooker. Filter and pour out 20ml for use 

4.Put all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake well.

5.Pour out with a filter. Garnish and serve.
