Use 1 tea bag per cup and add 200ml boiling water . |

Lady's Rum Special
Ingredients ● 1 teabag of Twinings Lady Grey ● Rum 300cc ● Crème de Cassis 1oz ● Kumquat 3 pcs ● Lemon juice
Method 1.Brew Twinings Lady Grey teatag with 300cc of Rum. Pour out 1.5oz for use 2.Add Crème de Cassis and Kumquat 3 pcs 3.Crush the kumquat and pour content into a red wine glass 4.Wet the glass rim with lemon juice. Sprinkle a touch of lavender |
Music Notes of Summer
Ingredients ● 1 teabag of Twinings Lady Grey ● Juniper berries 8 pcs ● Fresh grape 5 pcs ● Lemon thyme syrup 15ml (made from Apple, thyme and rock sugar) ● Tonic 60ml
Garnish ● Juniper berries, lemon and thyme
Method 1.Brew Twinings Lady Grey with 120ml hot water. Pour out 75ml for use 2.Add juniper berries and fresh grapes and crush them. 3.Put lemon thyme syrup and Lady Grey tea and ice into a shaker. Shake well 4.Pour content into a glass. Top up with tonic to serve |

Ingredients ● 2 teabags of Twinings Lady Grey ● Hot water 90cc ● Orange puree 30ml ● Home made lavender longan syrup 30ml
Garnish ● longan, orange
Method 1.Put Lady Grey tea, longnan and lavenda syrup and orange jam into shaker 2.Add ice and mix up in rolling style 3.Pour content into a silver glassware. Garnish with orange and longan |
Lady Flora
Ingredients ● Twinings Lady Grey Tea 75ml ● Bergamot puree 15ml ● Red bean syrup 20ml ● Grape juice 20ml ● Edible flowers 4 pcs ● Dried orange slices
Method 1. Brew 2 teabags of Twinings Lady Grey in 150ml of hot water for 3 minutes. Leave to cool and pour out 75ml for use 2. Make red bean syrup by mixing red bean soup and sugar in 1:1 proportion while heated. Pour out 20ml for use 3. Shake all ingredients with ice 4. Pour out content with a filter. Garnish and serve. |
Figgy Mika
Ingredients ● 2 teabag of Twinings Lady Grey Tea ● basil 2 pcs ● Sweetened dried plums 2 pcs ● Dried figs 15g ● Honey 10ml Remark: Dried figs can be substituted by dried figs threads or sweetened dried figs
Method 1. Steep 2 teabags of Twinings Lady Grey in 150ml of hot water for 4 minutes. Leave to cool and pour out 90ml for use 2. Steep 2 pcs of sweetened dried plums in hot water 3. Cut dried figs in halves. Steep in 30ml of hot water for 50minutes 4. Loosen the basils and mix them with all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well and pour out content into a white wine glass. Garnish and serve. Garnish: dried rose, cornflower Remark: Warming jar or any other water containers can be used as shaker |
